Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Annie also keeps tabs on the local market for potential investment opportunities. Annie's friends and family would say she has a unique style of her own, an eye for design and a big heart. Her favorite hobbies are tennis, piano and travel. Most family vacation destinations have been chosen based on architectural significance, with the ruins of ancient Rome and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona being some of the highlights. Her worldly experiences, genuine personality, passion for her work and communication skills (native Mandarin speaker) would be an asset for anyone looking for a temporary or forever home. Jessica was born and raised in Montgomery County. It is her belief, that buying and selling a home is an experience that you will remember. That is why knowing her constantly growing community and building lasting relationships is important when helping home buyers and sellers.

Jessica's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She was able to work in law enforcement as a police officer for over 12 years and earn a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She has worked with a diverse group of people and continues to do so as she works with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.

In order to maintain a successful real estate business Jessica's work-life balance is also important. When she is not helping buyers and sellers, she spends family time with her husband, son, and two daughters.
