She stays current with the ever-changing market through daily monitoring and research. She also assists commercial sellers and buyers in neighborhoods throughout the Greater Houston area.

A Houstonian now but British-born and bred, John spent nearly 20 years running his own retail business in southeast England before launching his own residential property management business in Central London. From these varied professions came a valuable combination of practical knowledge and well-honed customer skills, both of which have proved invaluable during his transition into real estate brokerage.

Throughout his accomplished career, John has recognized that communication is the key to successful interactions with clients. From intently listening to and understanding their needs and aspirations to maintaining a well-organized and honest dialogue throughout a transaction, these qualities have enabled him to maintain the trust of loyal clients. John was born and educated in England, where he earned an honors degree in economics from the University of Lancaster. He has owned multiple residential properties as renovation projects and ‘buy-to-let’ investments in southeast England and in New York prior to moving to Houston. John and his wife, a native Texan and graduate of Texas A & M University, are residents of Braes Heights and love living so close to Rice University, the Museum District and Rice Village restaurants and retail shops. A keen sportsman who enjoys playing golf and tennis regularly, John also has two grown children who are currently living in the UK.

Paulina, was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. During her college years, she studied Human Resources Management in Ecuador. Later, she moved to Houston and currently lives here for more than 20 years, she is bilingual  (English and Spanish).   Throughout her life in Houston, she worked in many areas, however she always had a strong interest in real estate and developed a huge passion for it. She is certainly interested in home design as well, because it depicts her creative style and ideas. Which is why as a person who is always involved with working in person with her clients, she would always value the client's opinions and would always be open to give ideas and advice about design or real estate in general. Therefore, with her skilled outgoing personality she decided to become a Real Estate Agent.   Now she manages her business usually based on referrals from her most satisfied clients.
