Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, I served in the United States Air Force for 26 years, retiring as Colonel. During the past 30 years Lorraine Abercrombie has been a part of the dynamic and energetic marketing team of Greenwood King. As VP of Marketing Lorraine spearheads the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies from direct mail programs to web and print advertising. Leveraging new technologies and established relationships throughout the advertising and real estate communities, Lorraine coordinates both the internal marketing staff and independent consultant's efforts to produce the most cutting edge, informational and effective sales support found in the real estate industry. Her group supports both individual agents and the company as a whole with direct mail, advertising and public relations. In addition to her responsibilities at Greenwood King, Lorraine has been actively involved in HAR for many years, occupying the position of Chairman for 2006.

I grew up in the Bellville area-- go Brahmas (2003). Went to Trinity U. (2007), and then Rice U. (2017). I've lived and worked in a variety of places, but made my way back home to Texas.
