Does anyone know a good Realtor for ranch or farm?

I do. Me. =)\nI am about to list 17 acre place out in Cat Spring.\nI was raised about 50 miles west of Houston and know that area extremely well. Brookshire, Sealy, New Ulm, Brenham, Hempstead, Columbus, etc.\nI went to Bellville High school (then Trinity, Northwestern, and most recently Rice for an MBA). \nSo if you want someone that knows that area west of Houston as the land starts to climb up towards the Oakville escarpment, becoming increasingly hilly, and in my opinion, pretty ; and someone who can do a next level financial and market analysis, then I can help.\nI\'m also pretty familiar with the Northwest/ North area-- Madisonville, Willis, etc.. Less so with the East (you\'d want someone else on that end).\n\nAre you looking to list a ranch/farm or to buy?

I\'m looking for a termination notice letter for a landlord who has a month to month tenants

I\'m not a lawyer, but as I understand it, there is no officially promulgated form for this. I\'m pretty sure it needs to be in writing and give at a months\' notice. I would suggest being polite, and possibly giving them more time. I would also suggest having a formal tone. If the lease is month to month, and explaining the reasoning especially if it isn\'t due to any bad blood between tenant and landlord, e.g. redevelopment, etc.. Anyway, there is no agreement so there is no agreement to breach.
