I grew up on the west side in the Spring Branch area and for the last 14 years have lived in Montgomery County with my 4 kids and 2 grandkids. I have been educated locally as well attending Spring Branch High School, The University of Houston for my undergraduate in Accounting, then to Rice for an MBA. I got my start in real estate 24 years ago when I bought a small apartment complex in The Heights. I subsequently managed a family business in the service industry for 17 years, then got back into real estate full time in 2008 working for a company flipping houses. In 2012 I started my own brokerage and in 2014 added my own investment company to flip houses for myself. I started both real estate companies so that no matter what a seller needed, we could shepherd them through a hassle free transaction from start to finish. If they want to get top dollar, we can list their home with the brokerage, and if they need to sell quickly we can buy their house through the investment company and close the transaction in a few days.
