I am a resident of Spring TX, I have lived here going on 19 years and have seen our community grow and expand and it is growing rapidly. I love living here. It's like living in the country with all the amenities of living in the city. Beautiful neighborhoods, great schools, friendly people and convenient to shopping and dining establishments.
I am a member of the Spring/Klein Chamber of Commerce which helps me keep abreast of current activity in the area. I pride myself on working with 1st time home buyers. I love working with 1st timers because I most of them don't even know what they want but with a little education and talking it through, they soon discover what is truly important to them in a home and when they find that "perfect" home, we all get excited! I also have a program that I am especially passionate about. That is working with local Heroes in our area. I come from a long line family members that are in Law Enforcement, Military, Teachers. So when I found hometown Heroes, I jumped at the chance to work with them. In this program, anyone in Law enforcement, Military (enlisted or veteran's),1st Responders, Teachers ((including day cares), or anyone in the Medical field. When working with anyone in any of these fields, I contribute to the buyers or sellers at the closing table. It is just my way of saying thank you for all you do!
When it comes to my clients I want to make sure they know that they come first each and every time. I work hard to make sure all your wants and needs are addressed and that my main goal is to make them a reality. If you are a first time home buyer, you are certainly going to have a lot of questions about credit, down payment, what type of loan you need. Do you need FHA or Conventional? And what is the difference between the two? The good news is, that I have a list of great loan officers, and one of them will be able to answer all of your questions regarding financing. I will work to put you at ease and walk you through the entire process from start to finish. My job does not end at the closing table. I want you to be comfortable with our relationship and you know you can call on me for anything, from where to find a good Dr. to where the best parks are. If you are looking for a realtor that will be there for every concern or question through the process of buying or selling, and that will be there long after the process, I would love to chat with you. The process of buying or selling Real Estate can be completely overwhelming, especially for those buying or selling for the first time. There is so much information to understand and so many decisions you have to consider. It is almost impossible not to feel completely isolated and alone. I know I certainly felt that way when I purchased my first home; what was even worse was that there was no one in my corner to explain the process or to advise on how to make informed choices along the way.
