A native Texan, Ann moved to Houston in 1960 and lives Tanglewood. Ann is graduate of the University of Texas. She is a docent at Bayou Bend and an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club. She belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors®, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Museum of Fine Arts, The Forest Club, and River Oaks Country Club.

I was born in Ukraine and after that lived in 7 different countries long-term and traveled over 60 building businesses and exploring different cultures.



I was immersed in the diversity of opposites - from Japan to Brazil and experienced the beauty in the challenges life was presenting at that moment. At some point, I was speaking 5 languages, including Spanish and Chinese and now it helps me a lot to embrace, welcome, and navigate any cultural differences.



After lots of traveling, I settled down in Moscow and built a successful business there. My company was selling corporate gifts that we were bringing from China in HUGE containers)



After some time I started investing in real estate in Russia and that was the first dive into my ultimate passion and current career.



During another traveling to the beautiful island of Phangan, I met my ex-husband. He is from the USA, so at some point, we moved to Houston to be closer to his family who helped us take care of our newborn baby.



When it was time to get back to work I realized that to serve people the most I should utilize my biggest superpowers - finding solutions to unsolvable problems, being very kind, but at the same time extremely persistent negotiator, diligently and responsible serving my clients and help them in whatever they might need.



Being extremely honest and straightforward I quickly conquered the hearts of many clients. There is no bigger joy in life than helping people to reach their goals and I am looking forward to serving more people in the future!

Adriana has specialized in selling Houston's upscale High-Rises, Condominiums,Single family homes, New construction and Investment properties. Adriana has a passion for Residential real state, "I provide my clients with the best customer service when buying, selling and leasing a house and provide the best service in real estate needs". Adriana grew up in Mexico City and graduated with a bachelors degree in Communications. Adriana moved to Houston in 1991 and still currently resides there. Her resume also includes 18 years of experience in sales and marketing. She works with clients from all over the world.

Born in upstate New York and raised in Cinco Ranch, Texas, Nicole Sabbagh has the unique ability to form connections and create a sense of community wherever she goes. Nicole's work ethic sets her apart from other agents. Coming from a Middle Eastern family, the values of hard work, personability, and persistence were instilled in her from a young age. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in supply chain management and international business. She worked in the corporate world before transitioning to full time real estate in 2019 after realizing it was exactly what she was meant to do.

Nicole broke into the luxury market in 2019 and has since worked with international investors and a wide range of buyers. She is excited to get the opportunity to work with more buyers and sellers and continue to help people in any way she can. I get a lot of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. As with most everyone else, especially if they run a business, I have a daily schedule and replying to texts, emails and phone calls are on that schedule at certain times of the day.

***What kind of work are you really good at?



On a personal level, I'm pretty good bass player and still play and church and with a couple of local bands. That actually was my first 20-year career. I've been told I'm also pretty good at cooking.


On a professional level, here are the real estate skill sets I've developed since 2013.

Personal Background -
Mark comes from a musical family and became a professional musician (bassist) in 1973. He worked full time as a musician until 1994 and still plays a few gigs each month with a couple of local bands - (Yacht Rock USA) and (Kaleidoskope) as well as at church. Mark is a native Texan and raised his family in the Houston area. The Burgess' family of 5 children and 12 grandchildren, warms his heart and keeps him motivated. His wife, Helen, is also a motivating factor in his life, as she provides The Burgess Group with her people skills, focus and concierge service to their clients. Mark loves his community, church and friends in the Sugar Land area and although they love traveling, they couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The Burgess' also have 2 permanent family members that live with them. Bella is their Maltese who loves everybody and Kitten (yes that's her name), who demands she be fed every hour.
