Ann Coates

A Broker Associate with Heritage Texas Properties, Ann has been a top producing and successful agent since 1976 and has repeatedly been recognized as one of her office’s Top Producers. That success can be attributed to her sound pricing, extensive neighborhood research, and personal attention to buyers and sellers.

Ann says, “When working with a buyer, I like to find the needle in the haystack - the perfect home.” She puts herself into her clients’ shoes. Ann prides herself on her total commitment to her clients, meticulous attention to detail, and strong negotiating skills.

A native Texan, Ann moved to Houston in 1960 and lives Tanglewood. Ann is graduate of the University of Texas. She is a docent at Bayou Bend and an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club. She belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors®, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Museum of Fine Arts, The Forest Club, and River Oaks Country Club.

Ann’s areas of expertise range from River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Memorial, Meyerland, and Briargrove, to Cinco Ranch and Fort Bend County. Ann says, “Houston, with its diversity, vibrant economy, and rich cultural scene, is a great place to live and work.”
