After completing my education at the University of Missouri, I relocated to Houston in 2008 with the aim of pursuing a career in biomedical engineering. Throughout my early years as a corporate scientist, I discovered passive income through real estate investing, and have utilized many strategies throughout the last 12 years, including househacking, BRRRR and buy and hold investments.
