Hello, my name is Fran Marino. I am a full time licensed real estate professional. I was born and reared in Houston Texas and a residence of the same subdivision for many years. I am a South Texas State College Graduate and came into the real estate profession with a legal background. Prior to working in real estate I was a paralegal for a large law firm here in Houston. My extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught me many things that I believe I have benefited from in the real estate industry.

Being a multi-million dollar producer I had more than five million dollars in listings; I know firsthand the emotions and stress involved with the home buying/selling process. That is why I always take a proactive approach to ease the tension of the whole process, by assessing your needs up front so it will enable me to not only meet but to exceed your expectations.

I have sold property in Austin, College Station and out of State through preferred Brokers that I work with & interviewed thoroughly before placing my client into their hands. I also have acquired National and International Investors.

I hold the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation signifies the graduate has completed an advanced education program in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools. Less than 10 percent of the Texas Association of Realtors holds the GRI designation.
