Ace Tejada has called Houston home since 1991. Immigrating from the Philippines and the Middle East in 1991, his transition to Texas was made smooth by attending Alief Schools which encompass a gumbo of cultures from around the globe.

While working on his undergraduate, he was a cadet in the Texas Aggie Corps and later applied that precision to the world of cardiovascular electrophysiology at the world renowned Texas Medical Center. He provided diagnostic assistance to doctors, specialists and nurses as he familiarized himself with the specialized care that the geriatric age demographic required.

Since 2014, Ace's cultural and healthcare backgrounds have been apparent in the way that he has serviced his real estate clients. He nerds out over the numbers and immerses himself into investigative process of finding options that help his clients achieve their goals in residential, commercial and other portfolio building investments while helping clients manage the emotions such large decisions can bring. Morgan West is a Montgomery County native who grew up and established her career in the Lake Conroe area. Her deep connections to local people, organizations, and businesses have been influential in her decision to pursue real estate in Montgomery County. Morgan wasn't always in the real estate industry. After graduating from Willis High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a Marketing Specialist for the State of Texas, as well as the Director of Sales and Operations for her family's manufacturing business. She created and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and designed cutting edge marketing material to promote and sell products worldwide. Her extensive background in sales, marketing, branding, design, and negotiation provided her with a solid foundation for her real estate career. This foundation, combined with her passion for helping others as well as her natural affinity for the real estate industry, have helped her form a successful, unique real estate business catered to her clients needs.

With intelligence married to enthusiasm, she inherited her excellent work ethic from her father, who hired her to work (when she was fifteen) keeping books and making payroll for his fence business in the summers. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Agelia was a civic manager for six years, helping to manage several well established inner loop neighborhoods, all of which helped familiarize her with those neighborhoods and their deed restrictions, individual homes, and their owners.

Experienced at preparing a home for the market and finding the right home for a buyer, she is an excellent negotiator who is willing to be creative and original to solve problems. In fact, a few clients and associates have commended her “force of nature” commitment to making things happen and getting them done. Dependable, conscientious, and determined, she is compelled to action by her desire to do the absolute best she can for her clients and her community.

A graduate of The High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Agelia is the consummate volunteer, working tirelessly for an array of nonprofit organizations in the arts and education. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karen Stokes Dance; is on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Briscoe Center for American History; and is a member of the Advisory Board (and former Board of Trustees member) of HSPVA Friends. She is a Past President of both East Montrose Civic Association and Old Braeswood Property Owners Association.

That’s probably why Agelia’s two grown daughters, Leslie and Kathryn, of whom Agelia is most proud, call her “The President of Everything.”
