Having made Houston my home since 2012, I also understand the unique appeal of the city's eclectic culture and it's thriving international community.

From 2016 to 2019 I had the amazing opportunity to live and work in Boston, and as rewarding as the experience was, the magnetic pull of Houston and the feeling of community brought me back, solidifying my love for the city and the sense of belonging it provides.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a corporate trainer and manager, I pride myself on my communication skills, empathy, and an ability to truly listen to clients' needs. My introduction into the housing market was in the sale of new construction homes, which helped me set a foundation on which to build. I feel I have unique insight into that aspect of the market and still have valuable resources in the form of the relationships I maintain with the builders and representatives.

When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, I find solace at the cinema and stage, landscaping and the great outdoors. My outdoor hobbies include hiking, camping, spelunking, rafting and skydiving. I love to travel as well, having now been to multiple countries and 44 of the U.S. states. I also foster cats and kittens, 3 of which I have adopted.

I have over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives for various corporations, dentists, small businesses, artists, musicians, realtors, and other entrepreneurs. I started my career as the Marketing/PR Manager for Port Freeport, a Texas Gulf Coast public port authority. I transitioned into commercial real estate as the Director of Marketing/Public Relations at Yancey-Hausman, a large commercial development company. I led the re-branding of the company as a leader in development, leasing, management, and sales of commercial properties in Houston and Austin. As a consultant, I also offered marketing and public relations guidance to Association Management Inc., the largest real estate association management company in Texas. I was a Marketing Manager and mobile notary for Shawn, Black & Associates and enjoyed partnering with local realtors to teach them marketing initiatives to grow their businesses. In my role as a Regional Marketing Manager for Pacific Dental Services, I co-create and support the execution of the strategic online and direct community marketing for 75 general practice and 12 pediatric dental offices in Texas and Louisiana. My husband and I started Coastal Dreams, a residential handyman and painting business, in 2020 and have been helping our clients get their homes ready to lease or sell. I have been working with my broker, Sean Cerelli, over the last year learning the Galveston County and Brazoria County real estate markets.
