I got my start in real estate 24 years ago when I bought a small apartment complex in The Heights. I subsequently managed a family business in the service industry for 17 years, then got back into real estate full time in 2008 working for a company flipping houses. In 2012 I started my own brokerage and in 2014 added my own investment company to flip houses for myself. I started both real estate companies so that no matter what a seller needed, we could shepherd them through a hassle free transaction from start to finish. If they want to get top dollar, we can list their home with the brokerage, and if they need to sell quickly we can buy their house through the investment company and close the transaction in a few days. Either way, we can help them. We provide our clients with all of their options, they choose the one best for them. Through the years we have done transactions for commercial properties, sold lots of houses, sold vacant lots, high-end townhomes and million dollar properties in exclusive neighborhoods. It has always been our philosophy that if you help and serve people, the dollars will take care of themselves. I will work to put you at ease and walk you through the entire process from start to finish. My job does not end at the closing table. I want you to be comfortable with our relationship and you know you can call on me for anything, from where to find a good Dr. to where the best parks are.
