Tim graduated from St. Thomas High School and holds a degree in public relations from Texas State University. He is also a professionally-trained chef with a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Houston. Tim's educational background allows him to read his clients while providing impeccable service.

Tim uses local and national real estate resources to participate in ongoing professional education and has earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation (MCNE). When not working he enjoys cooking for friends & family, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife & two children. He and his wife also donate and volunteer much of their time supporting the ASPCA, Houston Humane Society and Red Collar Rescue charity.

Dwain is a graduate of Prairie View A & M University with a degree in Architecture. He also served for years as Director of Housing for the Houston Area Urban League. Dwain also served for three years as an AVP for Compass Bank in the in the Residential Lending Department.
