Tim Shanahan is a lifelong Houstonian with a deep appreciation for the city’s character, growth, and evolving landscape. A graduate of St. Thomas High School, he earned his degree in Public Relations from Texas State University before launching his career in real estate.
He began on the commercial side of the business, specializing in office leasing and landlord representation. This experience instilled a sophisticated understanding of real estate as an asset class and refined his ability to negotiate, analyze value, and structure deals with precision—skills that now distinctly benefit his residential clients.
