Hi! My name is Betsy and I'd love to help you find your next home! Before joining Keller Williams I worked as a Corporate Tax Accountant for 17 years before finally deciding to pursue Real Estate full time. In 2016, while working at my corporate job, I began to work as project coordinator with my father. Together we lightly remodeled spaces for family and friends. Where needed, we also worked to make homes top notch ready for the market. After seeing spaces transform I was motivated to pursue a few personal investment flips. A native Texan who grew up in College Station, Brooke is married to a former captain in the United States Air Force. Before settling permanently in Houston, she and her husband were stationed in several different states including California, where they lived in Los Angeles, and Florida, where they lived in Destin. "All of those moves taught me valuable lessons about what individuals and families go through in a move, whether it's across town or across the country. I understand the stresses my sellers and buyers experience as they make huge changes in their lives."

In college, Brooke was on the dean's list and graduated with a degree in human resource development from Texas A&M University. "It took self-discipline and good time-management skills to maintain outstanding grades, and those skills continue to help me build my career," she notes. As a competitive runner on the A&M track and cross country team, Brooke learned to balance her competitive nature to be an outstanding team player.

Over the past few years, Brooke has supported a number of community organizations and is an active volunteer for several animal rescue groups. "My husband and I have two dogs, one of which is a rescue," Brooke explains. Her leisure activities include spending time with friends and family, traveling with her husband, working out, and running.

Mary Stewart has been a Texas licensed real estate Broker in the Sugar Land area for over 30 years and has lived in Sugar Land for 34 years.Mary was born and raised in SW Houston and attended Stephen F.Austin University.She is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, TAR and NAR and is a member of the 100% Club. Prior to working at Remax, Mary began her real estate career at Fuller Wallace Realtors, which is now Gary Greene. She was first licensed in 1977 and her business has blossomed into a largely referral-based company. She has earned awards such as Platinum Club and Executive Club member, as well as being named top producer several times. Mary is also active in the community, participating in CCA events, feeding the homeless and contributing to fund-raising events for the community of Ft. Bend County such as the Women's Shelter. Mary has been with Remax Southwest since 1994 and specializes in single family,waterfront properties & relocations.

BACKGROUND
After growing up in San Francisco then Seattle, I lived in several places across the country, including Florida, back to Seattle, two stops in New Jersey then Dallas and Birmingham, AL. With 15 years in this city, I now call Houston home for good! My educational background brings with it Canadian boarding school for high school and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish language and literature from Whitman College. My professional background is in personal insurance where I worked for Chubb Insurance Company on the West Coast and East coast. I have always had an interest in Real Estate, stemming from family involvement and ownership in a real estate company since childhood.

FAMILY, FUN AND GIVING BACK

I have three grown children and my trusty canine side kick, Paco. I am lucky enough to have one son who lives in Houston who is a Longhorn Lawyer, an Ole Miss rebel who works in oil and gas in Austin and a daughter who is works in Washing DC at the US Capitol. My hobbies are anything that involve the outdoors, and being in or around the water and in the mountains is my idea of a perfect vacation. I try to stay fit and set a new athletic goal each year. So far a triathlon has been my most intense but who knows what the future may hold! Every year in October I do something new every single day of the month. All New October has become a favorite annual tradition and I learn wonderful things about our great city! Need ideas? I usually have one to share.



In October of 2022, I will be a 23-year cancer survivor and hold this cause very near to my heart. My Homes Bring Hope program donates a portion of each sale compensation to a non-profit organization which aids either health, education, children or animals. There are several nonprofit organizations with whom I partner, that receive a portion of my compensation, simply because a client mentions their name or affiliation with the organization. I love to give to my favorite charities, and I would love to give to yours too! When we are getting acquainted, please let me know what is important to you! If my clients do not have a favorite non-profit, I donate to The Rose, a fabulous local breast health organization.
