John McGhan, a licensed Realtor®, grew up around the real estate industry. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Houston, he has been involved in multiple family investments and relocations over the years. A resident of River Oaks, John specializes in that neighborhood, as well as Tanglewood, Memorial Villages, and West University.
John graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University, with a degree in Business Administration/emphasis in Marketing. With five years' experience in sales, he decided to pursue a career in real estate because "I have had a passion for residential real estate from a very early age," he says. "I find the process of helping clients find the perfect home that fits their needs to be a fascinating and very satisfying experience." He adds, "My availablility, personality, and responsiveness demonstrate that I am truly committed to working with my clients."
John enjoys tennis, jogging, international travel and spending time with family, friends and his basset hound, Chloe. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life and Race for the Cure.

After successful careers in commercial real estate, financial consulting and non-profit fundraising, Ginny Galtney has taken her real estate career to a new level by joining hands with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. Volunteering is an integral part of Ginny's life and she has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees in Houston, Santa Fe, NM and in her home state of Mississippi. She was active in fundraising campaigns for William Faulkner's home in Oxford MS and the B.B. King Museum in Indianola, MS.
Ginny graduated from the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy) with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology. She is an active member of the Chi Omega sorority.
