“My goal is to learn at least one new thing every day,” says Realtor Wei Wu, a member of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence. An open inquiring mind, patient manner, attention to detail, and astute knowledge of the Houston real estate market make Wei the Realtor of choice for her loyal clientele.
Wei listens carefully to her clients in order to really understand their needs. She is patient with her buyers, understanding that it often takes time to find just the right house. “We have fun finding their dream home together,” says Wei.
Prior to her successful career in residential real estate, Wei was a registered dietician, taught Chinese cooking and owned a travel agency. She earned her real estate sales license in 2000.
Wei obtained a Master of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She and her husband are long-time Houston residents and have two grown children who graduated from St. John's School. Both are physicians married to physicians.
When not working, Wei volunteers for Houston Arboretum, Houston Botanic Garden and Boulder Valley School District. She volunteered for The Enlightening Educational Program before 2014. EEP has built more than 1,000 schools in remote Chinese villages since 1992 and provides financial aid to needy children. Eligibility is not based on academic performance, Wei says, because "EEP wishes to give many of these children an opportunity to 'catch up'." Volunteers pay for their own flights, hotels, and daily needs. There are no administrative expenses and all donations go to the schools and the children.
Wei’s greatest pleasure is visiting her five grandchildren in Boulder, CO. They call us “flying maid,” Wei laughs, “as we fly there as often as we can.”
A fourth generation Houstonian, Trey's deeply rooted ties to the city of Houston make him a true local and member of the community. Having lived all over the city including Alief, Katy, Memorial, East Downtown, and League City, Trey know's Houston like the back of his hand. His passion for helping people combined with his lifelong interest in architecture influenced him to pursue a career in real estate. With previous experience in sales, Trey places the emphasis of his work ethic on communication, problem-solving, and his attention to detail. In his free time, you can find Trey exploring one of Houston's many local coffee shops, art museums, record stores, or treating his palette to one of the city's infinite supply of restaurants.
