Pauline Le's journey began in South Vietnam before her family moved to Houston, Texas, in 1992. She's a dedicated student at the University of Houston-Downtown, working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In the realm of real estate, Pauline has excelled as an investor and property manager since 2004, with a comprehensive expertise in both commercial and residential properties. She strongly believes in the importance of personalized attention for each client and understanding their unique needs. Pauline's deep-rooted values and faith guide her to help others succeed, both in her community involvement and in her role as a real estate professional. Her goal is to continue her journey by becoming a CPA and furthering her impact on the real estate industry, combining her deep knowledge with her dedication to client-centric service.

I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow up in Washington County. I proudly graduated from Brenham High School and then attended college at Sam Houston State University where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. My parents instilled an appreciation for family, nature, community, and that you could achieve any goal with hard work and determination. My parents did not get a college education, but they are hardworking people and focused on providing their children with a quality family life. Their love and guidance shaped my belief structure to set goals, work hard, be fair, honest, give back to the community, and live life to the fullest. After working in the accounting field for some time, I found myself doing some soul searching. That's when I found my passion for real estate. The opportunity to help people find a home or move on to a new destination is a special experience and privilege that I enjoy. I love looking at homes and learning what each person wants and or needs in a home. Outside of work, Chandler acknowledges and appreciates Houston's unmatched weather, culture, and diversity, exploring the city with his family, friends, and new wife, Ashlyn. He relishes in the outdoors, often found hiking, biking, exploring Colorado, which he often visits.
