I believe that I experienced just about every situation possible within residential real estate and learned how to face challenges and find solutions. I learned the fine points of working with sellers and buyers, marketing properties, and negotiating strongly but fairly to ensure the best outcome for my clients.”

Purchasing or selling a home is a milestone in people’s lives, one that Nadia views very seriously. “I enjoy being part of the process but I never forget that I have a responsibility to my clients to see that their interests are protected. I welcome the challenges that selling residential real estate presents – the search for that perfect home or buyer and negotiating the best terms.”

Determined, trustworthy, efficient, patient and upbeat, Nadia knows first-hand that a typical day selling residential real estate is usually anything but typical – and she relishes the unexpected nature of the business. “You can always count on your scheduled day having a few changes,” she says. “But I love that every day is different.”

Nadia comes from Tyler, Texas. She earned a degree in nutrition and dance from the University of Houston with a minor in American Sign Language. Nadia’s family believes in giving back to the community and they support Triangle Community Outreach and Family Point Resources. These organizations provide educational classes and basketball camps throughout the year for under-privileged children.

When not working, Nadia enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, her family, running, kick-boxing, watching movies, traveling and shopping.
