A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.
