Up and coming Realtor Breann Baird believes in face-to-face communication whenever possible. Coming from a successful career in human resources (HR), she understands the value of a personal connection and the importance of growing that connection into a long-standing relationship. When her oil and gas company's work environment changed due to Covid-19, she took the opportunity to make a long-desired career change into residential real estate sales.

"I've wanted to be a Realtor for a long time," Breann says. "As a child, my parents would take me to open houses nearly every Sunday. I love this industry because it allows me to continue in a people-facing role and apply the communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills honed in HR."

Attentive and friendly with a strong eye for details and design, Breann works with sellers and buyers in all price ranges and most areas of Houston and the surrounding region. She thrives in the fast-paced real estate environment which, she says, keeps her "organized, even while multi-tasking," and loves to meet and exceed her clients' goals.

Originally from Tulsa, OK, Breann has been a Houstonian since her junior high school years in the Cinco Ranch community. Before graduating from the University of Houston, she worked at Chapelwood Methodist Church in Piney Point Village in the children's ministry where she taught Sunday school classes for pre-k and kindergarten. When her schedule allows, she enjoys time with her family, biking, tennis, working out, and almost any outdoor activity.

A career in Houston real estate is in Mollie's DNA: her mother, Charity Yarborough, is also a real estate agent and broker, so Mollie's training as an agent started earlier than most. She grew up with an exceptionally keen knowledge of Houston neighborhoods and how to cater to clients.



Mollie brings a native's perspective and insight for local real estate to each and every client. She works tirelessly to help her clients attain their real estate goals, whether they're buying their first home, looking for the perfect rental, or listing their home. A graduate of Episcopal High school and the University of Houston, Mollie's love of Houston is evident in her education and vocation. Finding homes for native Houstonians and recent transplants is her calling. In her spare time, Mollie enjoys party planning for close friends, exploring Houston's vibrant restaurant scene, and exploring Houston neighborhoods on foot with her family. She is also a founding member of the Texas Land Brokers Network, an organization dedicated to networking and education of land professionals. Cathy has also been on the Political Involvement Committees Board for the Texas Association of Realtors. Cathy says the best advice she ever received was to “be honest and love my work.”

Cathy’s own colleagues recognize and respect her dedication to both her personal and professional integrity, which was why she was asked to serve on the Texas Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Standards Committee. A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home.
