Diane Kiecke has been an award-winning, multi-million-dollar Realtor since 2001. Melissa is a native Texan, growing up in West Texas and earning a business degree from Texas Tech University. After college, she began her career in banking as a relationship manager for large corporate clients. Wanting to work with people on a more personal level, she changed careers and began writing and editing for publications such as Pregnancy Magazine and Women's Health & Fitness.

Melissa and her family have lived in Houston for 20 years, raising their three children at West University. An avid runner, Melissa can often be seen taking a loop around Memorial Park, usually with her black Lab Tyson in tow!
