Margaret is a native Houstonian and a graduate of St. Agnes Academy. She earned a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She received her MBA in finance from the University of Houston.

Margaret is active in her community by supporting area schools such as St. Vincent de Paul, Mark Twain, Pershing and others. She is on the advisory board for the Council on Recovery and is the Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday, rallying participation and building community awareness of the role small businesses play. Frank York is a seasoned professional who has immersed himself in real estate since 2005. Before transitioning into the role of realtor, Frank was in property management which afforded him the opportunity to hone his skills in developing client relations, product presentation, branding and building trust. His property management career was launched in San Antonio when he met the owner of a multi-family firm while working for Louis Vuitton as Visual Correspondent. Property Management proved to be a perfect fit as he was awarded Property Manager of the Year 2012 2015.

After having earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, I relocated to Texas and joined the booming oil and gas industry with Schlumberger. My 11 year career gave me the opportunity to travel all throughout Texas, as well as New York, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, while creating many great and lasting relationships. These relationships have contributed to my core value in my real estate career, by teaching me to cater to different people from all areas of life. Having gained experience in working with different levels of people from entry level to executives, and International clients, I understand the vast diversity in servicing many different clients. My greatest relationship started in College Station where I connected with my marvelous wife, and now years later we have two beautiful children.
