Keisha Pierce began her career in the real estate industry as an asset manager with a national private real estate company specializing in the development of high quality multi-family residential properties where her production and management earned her numerous awards.
Keisha is a natural for real estate, an industry where so much is predicated on communication and excellent interpersonal relationships. She loves meeting new people and helping them during one of the most important – and stressful – times of their lives: purchasing or selling their greatest investment. Her unique approach emphasises loyalty and honesty first and at all times. Keisha makes it a priority to meet her clients with what they need most, producing results. Her passion is to obtain these results with a focused intention of removing the stress often involved in real estate transactions.
A native Houstonian with strong ties to the inner city, where she grew up, Keisha is married and the mother of three. She invests her talents with inner city schools with a strong passion to see our best and brightest pouring in to the next generation. She lived overseas for a couple of years while working for a non-profit organization. Her talent is enormous, but it cannot surpass her heart for the people around her.
Native Houstonian Ann Singleton believes in connecting, whether it’s with her clients or in her personal life with volunteer activities. “One of the things I love about real estate,” says Ann, “is the one-on-one connection with people. That is so important in helping to guide a person or family through the process of buying or selling a home. Our home is such an important part of who we are and helping a family or individual find or sell their ‘home sweet home’ is very rewarding.”
Ann came to real estate from a successful career in public relations/marketing/event planning, where she learned to understand and work with many different people and agendas.
A graduate of Duchesne Academy in Houston, Ann received a degree in English literature with a minor in Art Studies and Communication from Texas Tech University and studied for a time at the Sorbonne in Paris. When she is not working, Ann devotes her time to a number of causes including St. Luke's United Methodist Church, St. Luke's Friends of Nursing, the Junior League of Houston, and Chi Omega Alumnae Association. Ann appreciates and collects fine art and supports local artists. She enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, painting, photography and spending time with friends and family and her two dogs!

For Lynnette Crocker, real estate is more than a profession — it's a true calling that marries her love of the land with her passion for helping people. Lynnette's knack for taking swift action coupled with her extensive market knowledge and negotiating skills make her a force to be reckoned with in Houston real estate. Lynnette assists clients across the city, specializing the Heights and other close-in neighborhoods. A member of the HTX Advisory Group at Compass, Lynnette is an excellent listener able to zero in on her clients' exact goals and tailor a custom plan to exceed those objectives. Before real estate, she made her mark as a geologist in the oil and gas industry where she developed her keen organizational and analytical talents and total grace under pressure. A native of Tulsa, Lynnette lived across the U.S. before settling in Houston, so she understands the needs of relocators and the importance of facilitating seamless moves. She is fluent in Spanish and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in geology from the University of Texas at El Paso. Lynnette lives in Woodland Heights, and when she's not helping clients, she enjoys exploring local trails with her dog, trying new restaurants, cooking, gardening and traveling.
