Having observed the construction of most of the apartment complexes built in Houston over the last 30 years, Karen has acquired a thorough knowledge of the rental market. Houston is now going through another period of new apartment construction. “It’s been an exciting time to help newcomers to Houston as well as past clients wanting to move into newer accommodations.” She successfully places an average of more than 125 clients each year into apartments.

A large majority of Karen’s personal referrals come from the Texas Medical Center as well as from a number of universities, colleges and various companies. Karen was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Houston 49 years ago. She resides in Bellaire, Texas. She has two wonderful daughters and three darling grandchildren who all live in Houston. Karen attended the University of Texas, Austin and completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston. She volunteers on the hospital visiting committee for her congregation. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, doing Pilates, attending the ballet, and visiting the Museum of Fine Arts.
