Juan Carlos brings excitement, passion and experience to Champions Real Estate. As a small business owner, he spent over 30 years buying, selling, and leasing everything from automotive parts to commercial property in and around the Houston area. He has seen firsthand the pitfalls that can await the unprepared or uninformed client, be it a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor. He understands the value of extensive research, hard work and thorough preparation, which he has used to guide his professional and personal life. He has the experience to help his clients navigate the often challenging and complex local real estate market. He is devoted to providing each and every client comprehensive and dedicated representation.

When Juan Carlos isn't helping his clients, he can be found spending time with his wife of 37 years, fellow Realtor Ana Carolina Batarse. They enjoy keeping up with their three children and five grandchildren, all under the age of 10.

Tina Crittenden has been a Realtor since 1997 and epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, production, patience, and market knowledge. Tina takes the necessary time to educate her clients. “I focus on building trust and I have excellent listening skills,” she says. “I work diligently to arrive at the best price and terms possible for each of my clients, and I promise to explain everything I am doing every step of the way. I like making my clients happy and thoroughly satisfied.”

Tina is proud of her ability to assist investors in locating and purchasing properties that will bring the best possible return. “For over 15 years, I have assisted many clients with short-sales and have been very successful in the process.”

Tina has excellent interpersonal skills and is particularly adept at reading body language and facial expressions. “I was a penitentiary correctional officer before changing to my real estate career,” Tina says. “That experience taught me important insights into what people are thinking and feeling, and I use those skills when negotiating for my clients.”

Tina is a native of Memphis Tennessee who lived in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 20 years before moving to Houston. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a basketball scholarship and earned a degree in law enforcement.

Community involvement is important to Tina. She volunteers at her church and for homeless-aid organizations, and has coached T-Ball teams and served in leadership positions with GLAAD. When her schedule permits, Tina enjoys golf, reading, watching sports, and traveling.
