Beverly believes in being hands-on in serving her community and volunteers at the Houston Food Bank and Faith Center, is Director of a Second Baptist Sunday School class, volunteers at Rescue Houston-Sex trafficking and supports Cru college ministry. She enjoys Warriors exercise, cycling and cooking.

Annie has done everything in real estate from on-site sales for a condominium conversion in downtown Houston to managing a real estate firm for nine years. However, her first love is helping clients sell and purchase their homes – just as it was when she started her career over 14 years ago. “I find it very rewarding to match the needs of a client to just the right house,” Annie says. “Over the years many clients have become personal friends. Customer service is paramount for Annie. “My husband and I previously owned a well-known freelance court reporting firm for twenty-plus years and I learned that service is king - regardless of the product,” she says.

Annie is a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in the Memorial Park area and serves on the pastoral council. She has chaired the annual fundraiser for the church and school. Annie loves to cook and entertains with frequent dinner parties for family and friends. She and her husband collect art and enjoy visiting art galleries and museums.
