A Houston transplant, Kirsten grew up in a military family and has had the opportunity to live in over ten different states and four different countries. This exposure and first-hand experience laid the foundation for her extensive knowledge and understanding of the relocation process. Kirsten first fell in love with Houston while attending Rice University on an athletic scholarship and earning her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Policy Studies and Kinesiology.
She then worked in a dynamic role as the information technology coordinator and contract liaison to a petroleum product company serving the needs of and negotiating transactions for both local and international clientele.
In addition, Kirsten started and ran her own graphic design company, expanding her expertise to include database management, website development, social media and SEO marketing products. Kirsten stresses that these strengths are pivotal in serving her clients and staying one-step ahead of an industry that is increasingly dependent on information technology.
Before making the transition to professional real estate, Kirsten drew on her entrepreneurial nature, top-tier education, and interpersonal skills and became a self-employed professional poker player. Kirsten attributes her professional success to self-discipline as well as her aptitude in statistical analysis and problem solving.
As an enthusiastic member of the community, she has supported the Blue Cure, Texans Foundation, Children's Hospital, SCORE! Reading Program, Rice Outreach Mentoring Program, United Way, and even has her own dog rescue website. Kirsten enjoys working out, traveling and a good cup of coffee. She is a PADI certified scuba diver and holds a record for one of the biggest Mahi-Mahi ever caught in Cabo San Lucas.

Rick's love for ranching, land, and flying began at an early age, and has shaped his career as a farm and ranch realtor and a retired Captain for United/Continental Airlines. Rick grew up working on a pure bred Santa Gertrudis cattle ranch as a teenager, and learned to fly at an airport next to the ranch. Rick brings a deep understanding and passion for showcasing land and ranches to his clients. He is a Lifetime Committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the International Committee. He is past President of The Texas Land Brokers Network, and past Board of Directors member of the Texas Realtors Land Institute. Rachel transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful career in sales and non-profit fundraising. A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.
