Richard J Short is a native Houstonian who has been a licensed realtor in Texas since the late 1970's. His knowledge of the real estate industry scans decades, and began with him watching his dad sell new homes for Westbury Corporation in the late 1950's. His extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, residential home construction and residential mortgage lending has served his clients well throughout the years. As always, he embraces "the client's interest first at all times", and realizes that there are personal sacrifices to be made in making a deal happen.

A long-time resident of Houston, Cathy Harper draws on a 20-year background in marketing, consulting and psychology to drive results for buyers and sellers. At heart, she is a problem-solver, and she will work tirelessly to ensure successful, seamless transactions for her clients. Most recently, she directed business development efforts for TILTPIXEL, a commercial real estate marketing firm that creates imagery and short films for developers, builders and architects. A Texas A&M Aggie with degrees in Psychology and Marketing, Cathy is deeply committed and passionate about all aspects of real estate.

When not meeting buyers and sellers, Cathy keeps up with her two kids and two French Bulldogs. She is a Peloton addict and avid bookworm.
