I began my career in 2014 and have experience in listings, foreclosures, first time and seasoned buyers! By designing a customized plan that fits the needs of each one of my clients, I am able to assist them with all of their buying and selling needs. I am a transplant to Houston and am a third generation real estate agent. Real estate has been part of my life since childhood and it is not only my job, but my passion as well! My husband and I have two sons and two Pugs. Our older son has Autism and we feel blessed to be a part of the Autism community. You can often find me either on the tennis court or volunteering!

Natalie Rodriguez is a licensed realtor in Houston and surrounding areas bringing with her energy, quality customer service, positive attitude and motivation. She is a graduate from University of Houston with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Nutrition. Before pursuing the Real Estate business, she previously working at Morgan Stanley in Private Wealth Management. Janice Ratliff is proud to be a native Houstonian and truly believes Houston is a phenomenal place to call home. After working for an independent developer for several years she decided to embark on a career in real estate. That was 1988! She's never looked back!

Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!
