Michelle Koskie was born in Grand Island, Nebraska. She spent five years of her childhood in Hawaii and the remainder of her youth in Loveland, Colorado. Her academic pursuits took her to Wheaton College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Northwestern University Physical Therapy School in Chicago where she attained a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

During her years as a Physical Therapist, Michelle honed her skills of being detail oriented and demonstrating compassion at all levels. She learned to listen very carefully to her client's needs as well their families. She quickly learned the value of transferring these skills to the world of real estate. Michelle's husband's career in the energy business precipitated several relocations for her family. Meet Jane Stephenson, a native Texan from Orange, Texas who moved to Houston in 2020 and started a second career as a licensed realtor.
