Over the years, I have developed a very unique and dynamic residential home selling and marketing system. Having bought and sold over 100 homes myself, my goal is to put the most money in your pocket, whether you are buying or selling. I grew up in Texas and attended high school at Hockaday in Dallas. I studied International Relations at the University of Southern California. After spending a few years working in International Finance for Charles Schwab in San Francisco and then Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong, I went onto obtain a Master degree in International Economics at Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC. It was in Washington DC, when I decided to launch a career in real estate, mostly buying and selling pre-foreclosure homes. When I returned to Houston, I decided to take my skillsets in scoring great deals in real estate and utilize these to help homeowners sell their homes for top dollar and buy homes for a great price. I'm a hard worker, a constant communicator, and a strategic problem solver when it comes to working for my clients. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. A native Houstonian, Cheryl taught handicapped children for ten years after graduation from the University of Houston. She has served on the board of the March of Dimes, St. Thomas Mothers' Club, and Strake Jesuit Mother's Club. Cheryl is also a member of The Houston Junior Forum who named her their Professional Volunteer of the Year.

Cheryl's leisure hours are spent with her husband, twin sons and two sets of twin Granddaughters. Her hobbies include fly fishing, swimming, golf, gardening, reading, entertaining and walking her Briargrove Park neighborhood. Her business successes are secondary to the pride she feels about her family.
