I've sold lots of new construction and have remodeled every home I've ever owned, including extensive renovations at our house in April Sound at Lake Conroe, and our circa 1850's weekend home near Brenham, in Chappell Hill, Texas. I am an avid DIY-er. I enjoy fixing things and have a good working knowledge of home repairs and construction.
