A resident of Houston's Memorial Area, Emiley Sepulvado comes from a family with deep roots in Texas.

Emiley decided to be a Realtor when she was in the fourth grade in her hometown of Austin, Texas. "I aspired to be like our next door neighbor whom I often helped with her networking parties for her friends in real estate," she says. "When I was 18, she reached out to me to see if I was interested in working for her. After working as an agent-assistant during the summer while I was in college, I decided to pursue real estate as a career."

Emiley graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of business administration in real estate and entrepreneurship. "My passion for business goes hand-in-hand with my love for real estate," she says.

That academic background in business and real estate, and wide practical experience gained as an agent-assistant to a seasoned, luxury real estate producer, enables Emiley to view the buying and selling process from a business-oriented mindset.

Emiley prioritizes building long-term, lasting client relationships based on honesty and integrity. Detail-oriented and driven to succeed, Emiley practices excellent, constant communication with her clients, believing that communication is the key to a successful transaction.

Vlad began his career in Sales in 2002 working in various capacities. He later entered the Mortgage industry for almost 7 years working as a Senior Loan Officer, Loan Officer Trainer, Sales Team Manager and Loan Processing Manager. After the recession in 2009, his career trajectory became altered. Vlad's career path led him into Higher Education, Healthcare and Team Management. He is highly skilled in sales and marketing with tremendous focus on delivering results to improve customer relations and retention. In 2010, Vlad decided to move his family from South Florida to less populated Port St. Lucie, Florida while still having access to coastal living. He and his family relocated to Austin, Texas in 2017 for a fresh start. Not long after he joined the Keller Williams Realty Austin NW team where he launched his career as a REALTOR. "I am no stranger to rolling up my sleeves to finding out what my customers needs are so I can deliver satisfaction. Understanding client relationships and mutual expectations are paramount in building trust and confidence through performance."

I am a native Houstonian, who is a proud Texan. I have the first-hand familiarity with Houston's neighborhoods and various communities that COLDWELL BANKER REALTY serves. I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Certified Relocation Agent and a Certified Negotiation Expert. I have been a real agent since the year of 2012, and continue working full-time to grow my business.
