EXPERIENCE






Leslie Lerner has been a Houston real estate agent since the early 1990's. She has sold homes, condominiums/lofts, lots and acreage from 40,000 into the millions. Through the years she has worked tirelessly with clients relocating to Houston and surrounding areas on the sale of their home, purchasing a new home and rentals. Many of the individuals/families she works with are repeat clients, which is a testament to her dedication and skill. Leslie's dedication is also reflected in her community service, as a long-time leader in Bellaire High School alumni efforts, The Houstonian Club's Member Advisory Board, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Association of Realtor's (HAR) Technology Advisory Group, Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Broker Responsibility Working Group and other other non-profits throughout the community. In April 2021, Leslie was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Real Estate Commission. Leslie is one of six broker members to represent the State of Texas. I have enjoyed the great pleasure of living in one of the most diverse, friendly and international cities in the world: Houston! Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture? I know......you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but I truly love Houston and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell Real Estate all over the metroplex. Most of my days are spent working with my wonderful clients, preparing homes to go on the market, chatting with other individuals in the realm of real estate, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas State University- San Marcos in 2005 and although I absolutely love art & design, I love Real Estate more & have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another since 2006. I currently live in the Briar Forest area of West Houston and finish my day by coming home to a super supportive husband, my two beautiful children, William & Abigail and a cat that wishes to remain anonymous.

Zandra Pajak is a native of the Houston area. After graduating from high school , Zandra joined the US Navy. After separating from the US Navy and moving back to the Houston area,she became Administrative and Sales department Head at an event center ,which inspired her passion for sales and real estate. This passion coupled with integrity, and outstanding client service will allow her to serve Houston residents in the home buying/selling process. When not helping home buyers/sellers, Zandra enjoys spending time with family and exploring local restaurants.
