Zandra Pajak is a native of the Houston area. After graduating from high school , Zandra joined the US Navy. After separating from the US Navy and moving back to the Houston area,she became Administrative and Sales department Head at an event center ,which inspired her passion for sales and real estate. This passion coupled with integrity, and outstanding client service will allow her to serve Houston residents in the home buying/selling process. When not helping home buyers/sellers, Zandra enjoys spending time with family and exploring local restaurants.

A born-and-bred Houstonian, Laura Chiles brings a great deal of patience and a vast range of Texas knowledge to Greenwood King Properties. In her “past life,” she was a licensed social worker, bettering the lives of others at Texas Children’s Hospital, SEARCH Homeless Project and The Gladney Center for Adoption. As a social worker, Laura wore a smile each day and honed her extraordinary service and negotiation skills – the same skills that make her a natural fit for the real estate industry.

It’s not just Laura’s professional experience that gives her the edge as a Realtor. Laura’s civic involvement has taught her to be a true team player and has provided her with a remarkable network of contacts and resources. She is currently involved with Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Friends for Life (Memorial Hermann Hospital volunteer group), Young Texans Against Cancer and Friends of the Boys & Girls Clubs. She is also an alumna of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and an active member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church.

When Laura isn’t on the road with clients or volunteering her time and energy to help others, she enjoys traveling the globe, reading, doing anything outside and carousing with her dog, Phoebe.

Kelle Hill started her real estate career in 1981 in Northern Virginia as a realtor with one of the international large firms there. After moving to Vail, Colorado, she continued as a broker for a property management company, and landed in Houston in 1995 where she worked as Sales Director for a local homebuilder. As a result of this experience, she was taken to all corners of the Houston market, which served her well when she opened her own firm, Hill Properties, in 2002. She is happy to now be with John Daugherty Realtors and is ready to put these many years of experience to work for buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston area.

Marissa was born and raised in Houston TX where she graduated from Stratford High School in 2005. She earned her bachelors of science at Louisiana State University in 2009. Marissa worked in the fashion industry in Los Angeles briefly before moving back home to work in the oil and gas industry and eventually focus on her family. Marissa developed an interest in real estate during her own moving experiences, which, when combined with her love of helping others, made becoming a Realtor an obvious career choice. She is currently raising a family of her own in the Memorial area where she is an active member of the community. Marissa is a hard working, dedicated, and knowledgeable agent who would love the privilege of helping you find your new home.
