I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Supply Chain Management. My background is in Oil and Gas, but grew a passion for real estate after purchasing my first home in 2017. The process of buying a house for any homeowners can be stressful, but it wasn't for me. It was extremely exciting for me to see how everything and everyone connect together to get to the final result: having those keys in your hand. I want to make your experience of purchasing a home just as enjoyable and easy as mine.

Originally from Austin, Caroline's interest in real estate began at an early age while being raised in a family with deep roots in the title industry. "I always knew I wanted to be a Realtor. I love interacting with people and looking at homes, so putting the two together was an obvious career path for me." Caroline began her real estate career in 2013 as an assistant and in only a few short years she achieved the status as a top producer in 2017. "Helping clients achieve a lifelong dream of owning a home is one of the most rewarding experiences!" Caroline married into a Houston family and is proud to now call this great city home! She lives in the Memorial Villages with her husband, their daughter, and Labrador Retriever. Caroline earned her bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications with a concentration in Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013.

Jennifer Lucio's ties to Houston run deep. Born and bred in Baytown, Jennifer began her personal homeownership in 2000 inside Loop-610 and eventually migrated to Spring Branch in 2003. She currently lives in Spring Valley Village.
