When I moved to Fulshear in 2014 there were two stop lights and lots of cows! After spending the prior 16 years in Los Angeles I was instantly charmed by this area and blown away by the big Texas welcome that my family encountered at every turn. With the region booming it is now my delight to welcome so many newcomers from all over the country (and the world!) as they also make this dynamic area their new home.

With a background in property management and leasing, and nearly two decades as a nonprofit fundraiser for organizations like the Girl Scouts and the American Heart Association, I bring a wealth of experience in building meaningful connections. Now, as a Realtor, my passion is connecting people with homes and communities where they can flourish.

Having done three cross-country moves myself, I understand the blend of excitement and stress moving brings-- even if you're just moving across town. A multi-generational native Houstonian, Jill knows all things Houston, including its diverse real estate market. Jill has lived in many of Houston's finest neighborhoods, including Hunters Creek Village, Rummel Creek, West University Place, Larchmont, Cypress, and Spring Branch.

Earning a BBA in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin, Jill has had a passion for residential real estate for many years. "To me, I'm a residential matchmaker," Jill says. "Putting a buyer in their perfect home or matching a seller's house with the right buyer is so satisfying."

Energetic, efficient, extremely organized, and devoted to her clients, Jill gives 100% to everything that she does. "I have a good eye for design and often guide my sellers to make positive changes that make their homes more marketable."

Jill graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston. While attending UT, she was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Jill is considered the ultimate "boy mom." She was an active volunteer at The Kinkaid School and Post Oak Little League over the last 20 years. Her favorite and most rewarding positions have included President of the Kinkaid Booster Club, Team Mom, Kinkaid Scrapbook Chair, and President of the POLL Women's Association. Some of her most cherished memories are going to the Little World Series and watching her son play while her husband coaches the team.

Jill graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she joined Delta Delta Delta sorority and earned a BBA with a concentration in real estate and urban land development.

Now as an empty nester, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart. When time permits she also enjoys traveling to Washington, D.C. to visit her son who is working at CNN or to Cambridge to catch up with her youngest at MIT. She considers a perfect evening to be barbecuing with family and friends and having a good competitive game night. Jill's guilty pleasure is still watching The Bachelor, sharing a good pinot grigio, and laughing with her girlfriends.

After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in 2004, Kathleen began her career in Real Estate with Post Oak Development of Texas. Post Oak specialized in the acquisition, development, construction, sales and property management of high quality master-planned communities and mixed use development properties in Central Texas. After learning the development and construction side of large parcels of land, rehabbing old buildings, working directly with builders, resales and new builds, Kathleen obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 2005 to begin assisting in the direct sales of their commercial and residential developments, lots/acreage, condos and homes all while growing her own clientele. In 2009 she took a leap of faith to obtain her Broker's license and started her own Real Estate Firm. Ellen Camp is passionate about helping her clients evaluate the market, understand their options, and execute a thoughtful strategy to achieve their goals. Her clients describe her as responsive, determined, savvy, strong and patient. With a B.S. in Finance, Ellen became licensed to sell real estate in 1993. She first became licensed in Missouri, then Kansas in 1999 and finally Texas in 2008. Prior to selling real estate in Texas, Ellen was a mortgage loan officer in in St. Louis, Missouri where she used her degree in Finance to offer clients a wide array of home financing options. Later, she worked as a District Manager for ADP where she was able to use her natural marketing and sales skills to sell human resource software and payroll services to businesses. Ellen was later recruited as a medical sales representative for Novartis Nutrition in Kansas. After relocating to Houston with her family in 2007, Ellen returned to her original passion of real estate and she became licensed to sell real estate in Texas. Throughout my life, I have been inspired to work hard, stay focused and treat others with respect. Successful transactions include a blend of marketing, financial knowledge and most especially excellent customer service. Ellen points out that her own personal relocations have helped her to be more empathetic to her clients during the process of moving. I understand the excitement as well as the fear of the unknown involved in a move, says Ellen, I know what it feels like to pick up a family and start over in a new city or even across town in the same city. It's a process to find a new home and in addition to that, the right school or daycare for the kids. I listen carefully to my client's needs and I work really hard to connect them with people and places that will help make them feel at home more quickly.
