After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in 2004, Kathleen began her career in Real Estate with Post Oak Development of Texas. Post Oak specialized in the acquisition, development, construction, sales and property management of high quality master-planned communities and mixed use development properties in Central Texas. After learning the development and construction side of large parcels of land, rehabbing old buildings, working directly with builders, resales and new builds, Kathleen obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 2005 to begin assisting in the direct sales of their commercial and residential developments, lots/acreage, condos and homes all while growing her own clientele. In 2009 she took a leap of faith to obtain her Broker's license and started her own Real Estate Firm.
