Through her growing career and compassionate approach, Sobi has also come to play a vital role in assisting divorcing spouses in preserving homeownership eligibility and credit along side their attorney in their case file when they are ready to sell their home.

Brad Calame takes a numbers-driven approach to real estate business. The Certified Negotiation Expert is a voracious researcher and finder of data and leverages his passion for knowledge to identify trends and make decisions that will add value for his clients. He prides himself on being able to identify problems and do whatever it takes to find a solution. Brad has been involved in real estate since 2013 and brings a wealth of industry know-how. The West Texas native has experience in home construction, granting him insight into the critical inspection process, while his history in remodeling and design helps him identify or create value in residential transactions. After working in Houston for 13 years, he understands the unique local market trends and is open to working with clients on any needs. Clients can rely on his understanding of unique local market trends. Before beginning his real estate adventure, Brad earned a bachelor's degree in music performance, percussion in 2002 and was a music educator for 14 years. He taught at all levels, including band, choir and general music. Brad's previous career gives him deep insight into local school districts and how that can impact his clients, both in education for their children and property value. This veteran educator can understand others' needs and exceed their expectations in any circumstance. Brad and his wife reside in the Heights with their two cats, Anna and Elsa. When not helping clients, he and his wife love cooking, enjoying the excellent food the city has to offer and patronizing the arts in the downtown area. Brad also enjoys making music and plays percussion in several orchestras and churches around Houston.

I first fell in love with real estate at a young age. Having read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki for hours, I got exposed to real estate intricacies which later cemented into a passion that could only be quenched by achieving my dream of being a real estate agent. As a real estate investor and a professional agent, I have gained vast knowledge of the market trends and built my expertise in house flipping that enables me to create functioning and beautiful space that attract prospective buyers. My aim is to help others gain financial freedom through homeownership; while making the real estate process fun, memorable and stress-free. I was born and raised in Cam Ranh Bay, a beautiful beach destination in Vietnam but later moved to the USA. With a background in International Business from the University of Industry in Saigon, I am able to understand the financial investment and offer diligent business practices. My 8 years of experience as an event specialist equipped me with marketing, communication, and negotiation skills. I am creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Out of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, four years old daughter, and our dog, Yellow. I enjoy traveling and photography. I am part of a photography club and I've won a small prize photography contest.
