As a real estate entrepreneur and investor, I founded HNB Realty to help private investors invest in residential real estate with confidence by offering bespoke consultancy and management services. I guide Clients during their entire investment journey: from Acquisition, to Asset/Property Management, and even to Resale.

Chancey has an eye for renovating homes with an extensive knowledge in the investment industry. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. With a strong financial and marketing background plus her in depth knowledge of remodeling & structural design, Chancey brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism to her clients. After college she worked as a Construction Project Manager, Director of Operations for a Indoor Football League, Interior Design Assistant, Head of a Bankruptcy Department for Grainger Legal, and as a Paralegal for The Bennett Law Firm. Chancey has a love for learning each of our many cultures and truly understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment. As a third generation Houstonian, she takes pride in understanding each forever changing market from the greater Houston area to each demographic along the Gulf Coast. Having the opportunity to have lived in many cities throughout Texas and even many states across the East Coast. Chancey is well-versed in making any transition a seamless and enjoyable adventure. She is an excellent communicator and will guide you through every phase of your residential sale and/or purchase from initial contact to closing and beyond. She genuinely cares about her clients' individual needs and will work tirelessly searching & researching every market to successfully find them their perfect fit. Native Texan Leigh Heckmann Stubbs taps a cumulative network of contacts and a wealth of organizational and service experience to benefit her buyers and sellers. After holding prominent positions in organizations across the non-profit spectrum in Houston for more than 20 years, Leigh combines an insider's Houston lifestyle, school, and neighborhood knowledge with up-to-date real estate market information and effective time management and communication skills.

An analytical approach helps Leigh guide her clients through the transaction process. Learning exactly what my clients want is paramount. As a positive, results-driven problem solver, working towards having a happy client after closing is always my goal.

Originally from San Antonio, Leigh moved to Houston in 1988 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in marketing. The scope of her non-profit experience includes operational, chairperson and board positions with Strake Jesuit College Preparatory; St. Agnes Academy; St. Cecilia Catholic School; National Charity League; Chi Omega Houston Alumnae; the Houston Zoo; and, with her husband Bill, the National World War II Museum in New Orleans.

When time permits, Leigh loves to travel, attending classic rock concerts, spending time with her two grown children who live in Houston and Dallas, antiquing with friends, and exploring small towns.

Shareen Memon is a licensed realtor in Houston,TX. Though she has been in the industry for a short time, she brings all the tools necessary to make her mark quick! She is intelligent, driven, and extremely passionate about the best city in the world! She has been in Houston her whole life, which makes her competent and knowledgeable about all parts of the city! Shareen graduated from University of Houston (go Coogs!) with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Computer Science. After working in the industry for a bit, she realized her true calling is to be an entrepreneur. People skills come to her naturally and she capitalized on it! Shareen owns a company as a Luxury Wedding Planner and Decorator and has been making people's visions come to life for over half a decade. And if that wasn't enough, she recently just got her certification in Interior Design. Real Estate has always caught Shareen's eye and when the opportunity arose, she seized it. Her favorite part of her profession is helping people find their dream homes that checks off all the items on their wishlist! With her background in Engineering and extensive experience in design, Shareen possesses all the tools you would want from a realtor. She understands the mechanics of homes, new construction or older ones, and knows how to make them fit your aesthetic!
