As a former middle school teacher, she prides herself on educating her clients and helping them make well-informed, strategic decisions. Specializing in luxury properties across Houston and beyond, Cheryl understands that a home is the most important financial investment most of her clients will ever make. I love the opportunity real estate gives me to work with people, get to know them, and really help them make the best decision for their family, she explains.

With her grown kids now living in Austin, Cheryl finds herself spending more time at their family ranch in Fayette County. She is incredibly excited to be a part of the newly established MTSIR Country Properties group where she would love nothing more than to share her love for the wide-open spaces with her clients while helping them find their little piece of paradise in the country.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She, and her husband, two dogs and two cats call the Memorial West area their home-base. Cheryl loves the close-knit, family-friendly community that her children grew up enjoying as well. She was an active volunteer while her 3 children were in high school, positions included football liaison, volleyball liaison, merchandise chair, membership chair and along with her husband, President of the Athletic Booster Club. Cheryl also was involved with the Playhouse Booster Club at SHS. She remains currently active with the Women's Club in her neighborhood and enjoys sponsoring and attending events throughout the year.

When she is not relishing her time in the country, Cheryl enjoys going to UT football games, visiting her kids in Austin, playing tennis, traveling Texas and parking herself on the beach with a good book in Port Aransas.
