I have moved 18 times in my lifetime. I have lived in nine cities in four countries on four continents. I have been a renter, an owner and a landlord. My oldest home was more than a 100-years-old and three were new construction. I also spent a year renovating a house. Without realizing it, I had been preparing for a career in real estate my entire life. Along the way, I graduated from the University of Texas, worked as a photojournalist, graduated from Culinary Arts School, worked in restaurants and as a caterer and traveled to more than 30 countries. One thing that remains a constant is my desire to explore new places and continue learning about old ones. Houston is my home; the place where I always return. After living here, off and on, for more than 28 years, I am still discovering new things about our city. My goal is to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible for my clients. "Making people happy, one house at a time" is my driving force. I'm focused on continuing my Real Estate education so that I can always represent my clients to the best of my ability. Because of my vast personal experience in real estate, I understand my clients' needs. I know what it's like to pack up a house and move to a new city or just a new house in the same city. My focus is on making the transition to a new home as easy as possible. I value my clients' time so I explore their needs in depth before beginning the home buying or selling process. I want the experience to be great for everyone involved. I am committed to placing the goals of my clients first and to providing the highest level of service. FOR SELLERS: -To obtain the highest price possible for your home with a targeted marketing program designed to create competition for the property among potential buyers and to be a great negotiator on your behalf. -To achieve a sale in the shortest amount of time with an aggressive multi-reach marketing
My name is Sha'La and I am passionate about helping fellow Texans pursue their real estate goals. Whether it be buying, selling, or investing I am here to guide you every step of the way.
I pride myself on paying attention to details, on fighting for my client's best interests, and on being your ray of sunshine as we maneuver through real estate transactions together. I will take the time to explain the process, I will personalize my approach to fit your specific housing needs, and I will be your biggest advocate in our journey to the closing table.
I have 8 years of experience at a Fortune 100 company where I've negotiated injury settlements, managed teams of people, and most recently served as a corporate trainer. I am a two time Louisiana State University (LSU) graduate. One of my proudest moments was earning my MBA in 2020. I did it with a full time job, a rambunctious toddler in tow, while managing a side business, and in the middle of a pandemic. It just goes to show that when I set a goal, I won't let anything get in my way!
When I'm not making home ownership dreams come true, I enjoy spending quality time with my four year old daughter, taking solo trips across the globe, and doing YouTube inspired DIY projects.
I look forward helping you find the home that makes your heart happy!
With Love, Sha'La the Realtor

From Tricia Eby's point of view, she has the perfect background to be an effective and successful Realtor. Thanks to being a trained CPA and having a 20 year career in sales, she possesses a strong work ethic and is very detail-oriented, always making sure every last thing is handled and there are no loose ends. As if that were not enough, she points out that she is also the CEO, CFO and COO of her household , one that includes her husband, David, her two daughters, Erin who is 16, and Lauren who is 14, and three dogs - which takes a lot of energy and a multitude of skills like organization, diplomacy and patience to keep it all going and ensure that everyone has what they need. She treats her clients like family, working hard to make sure they are happy with the results
A native Houstonian who has lived in Houston all her life, was raised in Meyerland and went to high school at Bellaire High school, she knows the inner city, Medical Center area very well, and the history and transition of all the surrounding neighborhoods over the years, not to mention their amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and, well, you name it. Tricia knows, for example, that for families with children, finding the perfect home means finding excellent schools. Her familiarity and knowledge of the schools, the surrounding areas, and which neighborhoods are good for families are invaluable assets for those clients.
But, she is careful not to limit her reach. A happy person who is levelheaded but feisty and enjoys laughing, she loves being around people getting to know more about them and their families, and listening to their life stories, then matching them to their needs. Tricia believes that there is a buyer for every home, and that there is a home for every buyer. She enjoys the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of every stripe and at every stage of home ownership: first time home buyers, those moving up with expanding families, those who are relocating to Houston, empty-nesters who are downsizing and everyone in between.
Her primary desire for her clients is to help them find a home, not just a house. She knows that buying or selling a home takes teamwork, which is why she treats each real estate transaction as a partnership and works diligently with clients to build successful relationships. Of course, her ultimate goal is to rank among the very top producers at Keller Williams.
Friends and family hold an important place in her life. She%u219s been married to her husband, David for 30 years, and loves hanging out with him and their daughters, watching their girls%u219 sports events and taking lots of pictures!
