EXPERIENCE






Leslie Lerner has been a Houston real estate agent since the early 1990's. She has sold homes, condominiums/lofts, lots and acreage from 40,000 into the millions. Through the years she has worked tirelessly with clients relocating to Houston and surrounding areas on the sale of their home, purchasing a new home and rentals. Many of the individuals/families she works with are repeat clients, which is a testament to her dedication and skill. Leslie's dedication is also reflected in her community service, as a long-time leader in Bellaire High School alumni efforts, The Houstonian Club's Member Advisory Board, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Association of Realtor's (HAR) Technology Advisory Group, Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Broker Responsibility Working Group and other other non-profits throughout the community. In April 2021, Leslie was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Real Estate Commission. Leslie is one of six broker members to represent the State of Texas. Young Wright is specialized in helping medical professionals finding their homes and investment properties. She began her career in Seoul, South Korea in the advertisement and public relations industry. Her "can do" attitude always turned impossibility into opportunity, generating numerous successful ventures. She has always been known for her great work ethic and dedication to meeting the clients' needs. In early 2000, she decided to move to the United States to live up to her dream of helping people. She received her BSN and MS degrees, and relocated to Houston. Now, she serves the Houston Medical Community as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist while consulting on real estate transactions and investment projects among medical professionals. Her passion for real estate stems from her entrepreneurial spirit and the ongoing interest in the investment field. For over 20 years, she has been involved in many projects from her family business. Currently, she focuses more on building rental portfolios to generate passive income. She realizes the importance of a professional real estate and property management plan that suits the needs of busy medical professionals. Her hobbies are traveling and volunteering. In addition to his nine years in real estate, Abe has a background in sales and entrepreneurship. He was drawn to the real estate industry because of its fast pace which demands the ability to multitask and be highly detail oriented, key qualities that Abe possesses. A graduate of the University of Houston, Abe earned a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in real estate development. He learned the real estate development process from Houston's most reputable developers.

Outside of real estate, Abe enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the park to jog and workout, and when the weather permits, having fun doing water sports at the lake and beach.
