Abe Alqalam
Abe's experience entails new construction ground up development in Urban Houston. His ability to meet and connect buyers and sellers aids him in establishing long-lasting relationships with a foundation of integrity, trust and honesty.
In addition to his nine years in real estate, Abe has a background in sales and entrepreneurship. He was drawn to the real estate industry because of its fast pace which demands the ability to multitask and be highly detail oriented, key qualities that Abe possesses. His strong relationships, keen negotiation skills, market knowledge and influential persona are important assets to the company and his clients.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Abe earned a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in real estate development. He learned the real estate development process from Houston's most reputable developers.
Outside of real estate, Abe enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the park to jog and workout, and when the weather permits, having fun doing water sports at the lake and beach.
