I am a native Texan and moved to Houston as a teenager. I was raised in Clear Lake, and have had the pleasure of living in many different areas of Houston. I truly love this city for the opportunity, culture, and diversity it offers. After 10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales, I left the industry to live a more spiritual and balanced path.

Real Estate is interesting to me because I am able to help clients find the right home for their lifestyle. I understand that the home buying and selling process may be foreign to many people. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I had purchased and sold several properties. I apply the lessons I learned in my experiences to guide my clients through their transactions in a seamless and enjoyable manner.

Outside of Real Estate, you can find me teaching yoga or taking a yoga class. I am also a wine and food lover and am always on the search for the perfect bite or perfect pairing. When I'm not running my Real Estate business, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, painting, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Shareen Memon is a licensed realtor in Houston,TX. Though she has been in the industry for a short time, she brings all the tools necessary to make her mark quick! She is intelligent, driven, and extremely passionate about the best city in the world! She has been in Houston her whole life, which makes her competent and knowledgeable about all parts of the city! Shareen graduated from University of Houston (go Coogs!) with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Computer Science. After working in the industry for a bit, she realized her true calling is to be an entrepreneur. People skills come to her naturally and she capitalized on it! Shareen owns a company as a Luxury Wedding Planner and Decorator and has been making people's visions come to life for over half a decade. And if that wasn't enough, she recently just got her certification in Interior Design. Real Estate has always caught Shareen's eye and when the opportunity arose, she seized it. Her favorite part of her profession is helping people find their dream homes that checks off all the items on their wishlist! With her background in Engineering and extensive experience in design, Shareen possesses all the tools you would want from a realtor. She understands the mechanics of homes, new construction or older ones, and knows how to make them fit your aesthetic! When she isn't working, you can find Shareen working out, spending time with her family, or marking adventures off her bucket list.

Known for having a keen eye, Wade is especially adept in helping clients choose building sites, find homes for renovation, and discover bold, contemporary living spaces in newer construction. Wade’s knowledge of Houston’s most popular neighborhoods is comprehensive, and includes residential high-rise buildings, single family dwellings, townhomes, and multi-family properties. Very experienced in handling relocation transactions, he has assisted countless sellers and buyers who have transferred in and out of the city.

A life-long Houstonian, Wade grew up in River Oaks and attended Houston's St. Thomas High School. He graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock where he participated in campus recruiting and served as an officer in Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Wade resides in a loft building in Montrose.

Wade is an avid scuba diver and enjoys working out, being an uncle, walking his dogs Luke & Ruby. Wade loves cooking & anything outdoors.
