While in the moving industry, Fred’s background in accounting, analytical approach, strong work ethic, and reliable nature rewarded him with a greater than 50-percent referral record. As a Realtor, he maintains an equally impressive repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.

Having completed over 400 successful residential and commercial real estate transactions, Fred and his wife, Cinda, have worked together as a top-producing real estate team since 1998 and are members of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence. "We like the opportunity to be of service to our clients as they make one of their most important decisions – purchasing or selling a home or a commercial property," says Fred. "It places us in a position of extreme trust, much the same as the household moving business. We're repositioning people in a critical period of their lives."

Formerly from Victoria, Texas, Fred moved to Houston in 1989. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the University of Houston.

Fred supports various civic and fraternal organizations including the Victoria Masonic Lodge, the Art League of Houston, Phi Delta Theta Alumni, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Fred and Cinda have two married daughters and four granddaughters and are very involved in their activities.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Baylor University. Her previous professional experience included business to business sales, sales support expertise, managing client portfolios, and cultivating new projects. Utilizing her own personal experiences in real estate, combined with her abilities for organizing, communicating and establishing strong relationships, lead her to a career in real estate, as it was a natural fit.
