A Houston native raised in The Woodlands, Bobby grew up attending open houses with his grandmother, a Keller Williams agent at the time, and was her dedicated copilot and navigator. This experience ingrained in him a deep passion for real estate, but it wasn't until getting his license in 2012 and selling his first home, the one he was raised in, that he began to understand the transformative power, and associated responsibility, of helping others through the medium of realty. Christopher's real estate roots began as a Construction Project Coordinator for a build on your lot construction builder. As he learned more about home building, he discovered his passion for real estate. Combining customer service and homebuilding experiences, he began his real estate career in Austin, Texas as an associate working for the top RE/MAX office in 2005.
Christopher was a part of several mentorship programs learning to provide results to his home-buying and selling clients. Christopher also served as an Education Committee member for the Austin Board of Realtors defining ways to improve awareness within the industry regarding legal liabilities and disputes.
He then relocated back to Houston where he joined a high-volume top 5-ranked Houston real estate team as lead listing agent. There he attended more than 3000 listing appointments with more than 90% procurement rate and was instrumental in developing a more accurate neighborhood comparable valuation procedure for the team.
Christopher was then promoted to mentor and lead the Buyer Agent Team as a Buyer Agent Support Manager. His team achieved success by increasing their closed sales production by 70% year over year and grew in size.
Currently with JPAR-The Sears Group, Christopher also shares his more than 17 years experience mentoring new agents as well as coaching seasoned agents to achieve their goals.
