Lindsey started her career in real estate in 2014 after years as an elementary school teacher at Edgar Allan Poe. She quickly dove into all aspects of residential transactions working with a top producer at her previous firm when she first started. Viewing real estate as a service industry, she has mastered an appreciation for keeping all moving parts running in a seamless fashion to drive a positive experience for her clients. She attributes her superb eye for architectural detail, color and design to the influence of her mother who is an interior designer. Lindsey is reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented. Lindsey called Fort Worth, Texas home but after graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, she moved to Houston and now considers herself a Houstonian. Her husband grew up in West University and attended Lamar High School. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants around town and hanging out with friends and family. She volunteers with Casa de Esperanza and is the co-president in her neighborhood mothers' club. She currently resides in Briargrove Park with her husband and they are proud parents to two crazy toddlers.

Chris founded Appoint Realty to represent buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants, in sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His real estate brokerage experience has been predominantly commercial in nature, with transactional and advisory experience across a variety of real estate property types.

Chris's market knowledge, financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail all serve his clients well in terms of pricing, negotiation, and transaction execution.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 2008 by way of leading a multi-generational single-family office at a privately-held real estate investment, development, and management company. Prior to that, he had worked primarily in business valuation, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, with over a decade advising owners, executives, and boards of privately held and publicly traded companies on complex matters pertaining to their debt, mezzanine, and equity securities, and testifying as an expert witness.

A native Texan and longtime Houstonian, Chris graduated from Memorial High School in Houston and completed his Bachelor of Science from Trinity University and his MBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris's real estate credentials include Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas; Registered Property Tax Arbitrator in Texas; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); and LEED® Green Associate™.
